Social rental housing

In order to fulfill the promise of the Government of Spain to provide a significant number of social rental homes in the next 20 years, it would be necessary to put on the market, that is, to build some 300,000 new homes in the year, really due to the characteristics of the market. Spanish real estate is an objective that will be difficult to achieve. In the areas where there is the greatest need for housing, they are the cities where there is the scarcity of land available, and the land pending development is economically unfeasible, due to the high costs of land and urbanization expenses and the null yield that is obtained due to the low density of housing to be built. This problem today is explained by an ESADE study published in an article in La Vanguardia.
